1. Information on the mechanism to participate in this program and the gift reward details form part of the Terms and Conditions. Participation in this program is deemed to be in acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

2. Participation is open to all Isuzu D-Max owners staying in Malaysia (“Participants”). Employees of Isuzu Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., the Promoter and agencies associated with this program are not eligible to participate.

3. The objectives of the program is as follows:

  1. To reward existing Isuzu customers in conjunction with Isuzu D-Max 15th year anniversary
  2. To increase brand awareness of Isuzu D-Max
  3. To thank Isuzu D-Max customers for their loyalty and support

4. The Program is opened from 12.01am (Malaysian Time) on 16th September 2020 until 11.59 pm (Malaysian Time) on 30th November 2020 (Program Period).

5. The Announcement to call for participation and the link to participate will be posted on the Isuzu D-Max Malaysia Fan Page.

6. The following is the mechanism to participate in the program:
a) Isuzu D-Max Malaysia Fan Page posts announcement of the program.
b) All Isuzu D-Max owners are welcomed to participate by clicking on the link provided.
c) Once they click on the link, they will be directed to the 15th year anniversary microsite to participate in the program.
d) Participants are required to fill-up the form with the following details:

Personal Details:

  1. Name, Mailing Address,
  2. Email address, Contact number,
  3. D-Max Plate Number,
  4. Name of the D-Max owner,
  5. T-shirt Size

Answer the following questions:
i. Question 1 – How long have you been using Isuzu D-Max?
ii. Question 2 – What is mileage clocked in your Isuzu D-Max, so far?
iii. Question 3 – How many Isuzu D-MAX do you currently own?

e) Participants are required to upload a photo of themselves with their Isuzu D-Max.
f) Participants are to share the original Isuzu D-Max Fan Page post on their Facebook page. Images that are edited or photoshop will not be accepted.

7. The following gifts will be sent to the first 1000 participants who submit complete details as required in the form:
a) One T-Shirt. Note: *The availability of T-shirt in the size requested by the participant is based on 1st come 1st serve basis.
b) One Isuzu D-Max Lego Set

8. By submitting the form, participants agreed to subscribe to Isuzu newsletter.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entry for any of the following reasons:
a) The submission does not include a photo of the participant with Isuzu D-Max.
b) The submission lacks details as per listed in the form.
c) The submission seems to be non-genuine.

10. The gift recipients will be notified by email and/or telephone, using the contact details provided in their Submission Form after 30th November 2020.

11. The gifts will be mailed/couriered to the participants after 30th November 2020.

12. The Participants’ names and photos may be published publicly on the Isuzu D-Max Malaysia Facebook page, website, newsletter, member magazine and media platforms of its’ related entities.

13. The Participants agree to such disclosure of their details by entering the Program.

14. By entering the Program, the Participants warrant to the Promoter that the photo submitted are owned by the Participants.

15. The Participants agree to indemnify the Promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of warranty stated in the Terms and Conditions.

16. The Participants are responsible to ensure usage clearance is obtained for any submission containing person (s) other than the Participants.

17. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by the law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the program, including but not limited to, arising from the following:

a) any technical difficulty or equipment malfunction (whether within or out of the Promoter’s control).
b) any theft, un-authorised access or third-party interference;
c) any recommendation or rewards claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
d) any variation in Rewards value to that stated in the Terms and Conditions; or
use of the Rewards.

18. Copyright remains the property of the Participants. However, all images submitted are done so with the understanding that Isuzu Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. may use them without hindrance and royalty, for promotional purposes including (but not limited to) advertising, sponsorship promotions, newsletters, point of sale materials, internet web pages, media announcements, employee and industry presentations and training and consumer functions. Photos will not be used to promote products or services unrelated to Isuzu Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

19. The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the program and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and reward suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages to the Eligible Participants. Eligible Participants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Participant, he / she agrees for the Promoter to provide information in relation to the services and products of Isuzu D-Max Malaysia.

20. The Promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winners’ names and/or photographs for publicity purposes.

21. Photos submitted will not be returned to the Participants.

22. All gifts are non-transferable and have no cash value.

23. The Promoter reserves the rights to change or substitute the gifts depending on availability without prior notice.

24. The Participants’ consent to the Promoter’s use of name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

25. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. The Participant understands the above and provides information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information a Participant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Facebook will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained by the Participant, as a result of participating in the promotion (including taking/use of a reward), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

26. Any cost associated with accessing the Isuzu D-Max Malaysia’s Facebook Page is the Participant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

27. Entry and continued participation in the promotion is dependent on the participants following and acting in accordance with the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, which can be viewed at
